Our complex comprises of 39 three bedroom apartments. The apartments were custom built in 2006 to cater for the needs of the modern day student. Each apartment has one ensuite room and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. All the bedrooms are bright and spacious and come complete with a double bed, bedside locker, twin wardrobe, work station and chair, reading light, file shelf, internet access point and a portable television.



The sitting room and kitchens are all open plan in design with a balcony in all apartments on the first and second floors. The kitchen area is fitted to the highest standards and each comes complete with an oven/hob, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. All pots, pans, plates and cutlery are provided. The sitting room area is fitted out with leather two seater couches, leather tub chairs and a large coffee table. A television and an internet access point are also provided.

A number of the apartments have been adapted to cater for disabled students.


The complex comprises of two 3 storey blocks of apartments. Block A has 21 apartments and Block B has 18. One of the apartments in Block B is occupied by our live in caretaker who is responsible for the day to day maintenance issues. The complex office is also situated on the ground floor in Block B. The office is attended from 9.30 to 5.00 or by appointment.


The complex has a fob type access control system. On arrival a personalised fob will be programmed and this is your key to access through the pedestrian gate and to the buildings. For those students with cars we will programme your mobile phone to activate the gates. The complex is covered by cctv and footage is reviewed daily.


A refundable € 400.00 security deposit is payable to book your room. An ensuite room is € 85.00 per week and the rooms that share the bathroom are € 75.00 per week.


The standard lease is for 39 weeks starting in September.
We also cater for students who may leave early for work placement by offering a 35 week lease. A reduced rent is offered to students staying for the summer months.


Each apartment has its own gas boiler for heating and hot water. There is also an immersion for use during the summer months. The gas and electricity bills remain in the Management Company name and are copied and delivered to each apartment as they arrive. The bills are split between the three occupants of the apartment and payment is made to the complex office.
