Parkmews Student Accommodation

Parkmews Student Accommodation was custom built in 2004 with the needs of the modern day student as the priority. The complex comprises of 14 only 3 Bedroom apartments fitted out to the highest standards. The bedrooms come complete with double beds, bedside locker, twin wardrobe, large workstation with file shelf and ample storage space. Also included is a high speed broadband connection at each work station. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite toilet and the other two share a bathroom. The bathroom has a full sized bath and built in shower.

Kitchen/Living Area

The kitchen/living are open plan in design offering a bright and spacious living area. The kitchen comes equipped with oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine/dryer, kettle, toaster and microwave. All pots pans plates and cutlery are provided. The living area is fitted with leather couch, leather tub chairs, coffee table and television.

 

General

The complex is a secure gated development which was custom designed for third level student requirements. There is key pad access to the pedestrian gate and those students with cars will have access to the vehicular gate by mobile phone. The complex is located adjacent to the Parkway Shopping Centre and is situated behind the Accountants office that fronts the Parkway Roundabout.

 

Utilities

; Each apartment has its own gas boiler which heats and provides hot water for the apartment. Both the electricity bills and gas bills remain in the name of the Management Company. The bills are copied as we receive them and distributed to each apartment. The bills are split evenly between the 3 occupants and payment collected.
